ERIC GBAYEE WEAH
FOUNDER & TECHNICAL LEAD
Eric Gbayee Weah is an experienced agriculture and development professional with over ten years of work in natural resource governance, women’s land rights, and rural youth leadership. Read More
He holds a BSc in General Agriculture from William V. S. Tubman University and has led impactful initiatives with organizations such as Cerath Development Organization, Landesa, Green Advocates International, and DKT International Liberia. His work spans from grassroots facilitation to national policy advocacy, consistently championing the inclusion of women and youth in decision-making.
As an alumnus of international programs like the Rural Youth Leadership Workshop in Germany and the UN FAO’s Research for Global Justice, he brings both global exposure and local expertise. As WYDI’s Board Chair, he provides strategic governance that ensures accountability, sustainability, and transformational impact across Liberia.

CLIFFORD CHIA
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Clifford T. Chia holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Cuttington University Graduate School and Professional Studies, along with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.

ELIZABETH G. KRAH
FINANCE & ADMIN DIRECTOR
Elizabeth G. Krah is a dedicated and promising financial expert with a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the College of Business and Administration, William V.S. Tubman University. With over five years of experience championing organizational financial readiness and stability, she has built a reputation for precision, accountability, and results.

Elizabeth has also served as Financial Assistant for the OneSight organization in Montserrado County, Liberia, supporting financial processes that upheld the organization’s mission.
Thriving at the peak of her career, Elizabeth is currently the Financial Manager for the Liberia Women Empowerment Project at Defence for Children International (DCI) in Monrovia, ensuring that the project’s finances are not only managed efficiently but also recorded with the highest standards of accountability and transparency.
In addition, she serves as the Finance Director at WYDI, where she brings vast expertise in finance and bookkeeping, coupled with unwavering commitment, devotion, and passion to safeguard the organization’s financial health.

PATRICK SEAH KRAH II
IT MANAGER/M&E DIRECTOR
Patrick Seah Krah, II is a Liberian technologist, systems strategist, and youth advocate dedicated to using technology as a force for social impact. He currently serves as the IT Manager and Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at WYDI, where he leads the organization’s digital operations, manages web and platform infrastructure, and ensures technology aligns with WYDI’s mission to empower women and youth through justice, economic opportunity, and sustainable development.
Read MorePatrick is a graduating senior in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at William V.S. Tubman University, where he is recognized as an active and principled student leader. He serves as the Secretary General of the Tubman University Volunteers Movement (TUVM) and was appointed Secretary General of the University Elections Committee – two roles through which he champions transparency, civic engagement, and student leadership.
In addition to his academic commitments, Patrick is the Graphic Design Manager at the Orange Digital Center on Tubman University’s campus, where he contributes to innovation and entrepreneurship through creative design, branding, and digital media for tech-driven initiatives.
His commitment to youth and community development extends beyond the university. Patrick also serves as IT Manager for Concern Rural Children Universe (CRCU), a nonprofit focused on protecting and empowering children in rural areas through education, advocacy, and development programs. As a passionate advocate for leveraging technology to solve real-world problems, Patrick has built smart systems such as digital attendance platforms utilizing facial recognition and QR codes – solutions aimed at improving efficiency and accountability in educational settings.

WINNIE P. WEAH
Gender & Social Inclusion Director
Winnie P. Weah, Gender & Social Inclusion Director at WYDI, combines expertise in administration, human resources, and hospitality to advance programs that empower and protect women and children.
With a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, minor in Chemistry from the United Methodist University, she previously served as HR Assistant at Sherman Adams Memorial School, gaining strong organizational and people-management skills, and as Front Desk Operator at Mamba Point Hotel, honing client service and relationship management.
Known for her professionalism, empathy, and reliability, Winnie leverages her diverse background to creating supportive, welcoming, and impactful initiatives in line with WYDI’s mission.
